It would be interesting to see what those new "squeaky" clean financials would say about those debts and others, but it seems they missed the Dec 31 due date....again. In the 8D filing they claimed they had not been informed that the Nicaragua facility has been sold which IMO is an outrageous admission to make, if you are in business. There doesn't seem to be much left in the way of assets that can be liquidated. <G>
