Dear Joe: You really know how to make a guy feel good!! I am aware of the IBM technology but probably 3 years away for commercial use. In any event, I originally invested in SEG feeling that they had the technical expertise in house to compete technology wise with anyone. Was I wrong?? Yes, the realignment charge is a "Whopper" but that could be a good thing going forward. Stocks seem to be valued based upon P/E and Revenue more so than book value. If they have written off a lot of "soft" costs earnings may be able to hold up in the future even under lowering margins. JDN
