Ron,

<The only way to make serious money in Excel at this time is on the bouns side, which requires you to always be signing up new reps.>

This is why all but one of the ECI reps that I know are no longer selling for ECI! And that is a total of 10 people that are no longer working their rep jobs with ECI! I told this story a year or so ago and I was told that I had a bunch of lazy friends that was not willing to go out and work! I saw it much different, and it looks as if this side of the story is coming to light also!

So to go on record, as Rob S. and a few other ECI Heads have said in the past, I do not know how to read a financial statement and I have a bunch of lazy friends! I'll say this in my defense, I'm glad I do not know how to read a financial statement, for if I could like Rob S. then I might be long ECI and still hanging on and hoping for that next quarter to come around so that ECI can prove itself! As far as my friends go, I'm glad they were smart enough to see the light and go on to something bigger and better!

Still short and still like what I see coming from ECI, or should I say what I do not see coming from ECI! It's also interesting to see some of the old ECI Heads come out of the wood work and admit the truth in what they are seeing! Would really like to know where 3 or 4 of the real old ECI Die Hards are, since they have not posted in so long! Will go back when I get a chance and look to see the names!

Hank

Regardless of the attempts here to frighten current shareholders so shorts can line their pockets, Excel will earn $1.50 over the course of 1998 and the stock, despite some ups and downs, will see the upper $20's during the year. Telco's often sell for 20 times earnings and if (as some would like you to believe) Excel starts to shrink, they would likely be bought out for a higher multiple than that.

As for where it is headed from $13 1/2 I doubt it will go much lower and the next big move will be higher. (I could be wrong and you're on your own.)

Good luck all shareholders and honest investors.

David
P.S. Anyone who was an ECI rep that gets online and badmouths his/her former ally is a sore loser. If my intuition is correct, its a sleazy way of trying to sign up reps in their new organization.

Ron, this isn't anything new. Until a Rep has enough customers on his 7th level, he and his downline MUST keep recruiting. Same thing was true for Rep starting in 1990.
