In reference to your post about telephone companies charging for internet use: (Sorry, too many posts to sift through to find your original one)
I live in Virginia and for the past year my phone bill has reflected a $7.20 a month charge for internet use. I called them and was told this was an across the board tax issued to all customers whether or not they are on the internet. They said this was FCC initiated. Curious to know if that is the case nationwide and I hope they don't charge me for my excessive time on the internet on my second phone line.
