Well, my guessing is typically wrong, so keep that in mind, the 50/50/90 Rule is always in effect... but my hunch is lower because the LT momentum is still moving downward and the weekly NYSE advancing issues are still negative... of course, anything could change, but the way it looks at the moment, I'm staying short with my reverse stop where it belongs up yonder... I would suspect the devastation in Houston could also influence these markets... insurance companies will cry poor, the government will again have to bail them out, banks could be in trouble, who knows... So, with all that said, you can probably expect a big rally this afternoon... LOL!!! GZ
