Ann; I was thinking about what Sonki said. You are right, we are all adults and have to do our own research and make our own decisions. Let's think a little more philosophically here. Whenever people embark on endevors of uncertainty there is this yearning inside for something or someone to show us the right path. This why we have religion. Life is the ultimate journey into uncertainty. So we have Jesus, Mohamed,Buddha,Guru Nanak etc to help our decision making as we make our way. The market is the same way. No one know for sure what is going to happen the next day so we look to someone else that hopefully is smarter than us to assist us. We call these people market gurus , as if they have some sort of divine connection that us mere mortals don't. On this thread we rely on each other for help , second opinions,emotional support. When I first found out about this thread I lurked for a long a long time and it seemed that Sonki,Frank,Yaacov, Brian, Sonny knew a hell of a lot more about stocks than I did so I asked them specifically about companies and if I should buy them at certain prices. I was expecting concrete answers, yes or no. But the truth is, no one knows. All we can do is gather the data, analyze it,factor in whatever variables are out there and make an assesement. I think everyone on this thread apreciates this an open forum for exchanging ideas and opinions to help us make rational decisions. Sonki and all, keep the knowledge flowing, I am learning a lot. JT
