Are you kidding? Your 18k will be at 22 next week. You cannot sell out at this price? The down side risk is 14? Up side potential is what? Creaf made a double bottom, it hit the lower bollinger band at 16.75 and bounced back. A perfect trading opportunity! Sincerely!

Its an important issue. There was a good article in yesterday's WSJ on that subject. It said that one reporting service reported an increase, and another reported a decline. Then it explained how this could occur. I thought the article was pretty boring, so I did not read it. But it may contain the data you were seeking, if you care to look.
