Ever since the S3 debacle of deliberately misstating their revenue and inventory, I have become increasingly suspicious of company announcements. However, in ALSC's case I think you will see an unexplained $20 million increase in Accounts Payable during the April -June quarter. It is my belief that increase represented the funds used to increase their investment in USC.

I project ALSC to have gone through about $13-14 million this quarter. Awaiting quarterly report.

PS. Having said all that, if ALSC can come up with an announcement on future product plans that makes sense, I think this stock will do fine.
