Of course, he may defend himself by lying. I saw the Vice tape which covered the accident. It was no accident and immediately after it, he put it in reverse and backed up rapidly for several blocks making his getaway. No way was it accidental. Whether he has some kind of membership in a party with Nazi in it is irrelevant. It's accurate to call him a Nazi based on his beliefs, just as it's accurate to call Obama a socialist. He may have been a lone wolf, we don't know.
