Thanks, Wayne! The basic steps in a process like this would be: 1) Letter of Interest (very preliminary step - optional) 2) Letter of Intent (usually includes Non-Disclosure Agreements) 3) Contract Agreement 4) Actual Merger/Acquisition Logistics FAMH has completed step 2 (per their last Press Release). However, Step 3 might happen quickly because of the circumstances surrounding the acquisition (Myriad's tax problem probably needs a quick solution. The IRS is not usually very patient.) Thank Wayne, I believe you summed it up best... "Finally! If all the questions that have surfaced on this thread, had received clear , decisive and detailed responses from the participating parties involved-----Then I wouldn't be presented with this opportunity to buy FAMH at .40 cents per share!! ( Just my own opinion!)" The stock market is about "inefficiency of information" If all the facts on any company were know, the stock would be fairly valued. FAMH has many uncertainties, so therefore it is selling at a discount (*in its shareholders opinions). Until FAMH discloses the details (hopefully in the 10k) just about everything here is pure speculation, so please people begin your statements by "From what I found" or "In my opinion" Otherwise people tend to take what you say as fact.. esepcially people new to the thread. That seemed to happen today re the tax liens. Sorry, Ill get off my soapbox. But good post Wayne... Mark
