Add this to the latest list of complaints. Has anyone else had a problem with getting funds out of datek? I requested a wire transfer last month and still have not received the money. Nobody I have spoken with thus far at Datek will give me a plain english answer to the question "When will I get my money?" All I am told is that they are performing a system upgrade and that none of the requested wire transfers are going out. They have also refused to snail mail a check, citing the same computer upgrade as the reason.

I suppose I can tolerate a computer glitch every now and then, but I've been waiting for this cash for over a week now, and nobody can tell me when I can expect to receive the funds.

Has anyone else ever experienced this problem or a similar one?
