To post a URL, when you are at the URL you want to post, click on the location URL and highlight it (Turns dark blue) and then go to edit and click on copy. Then go to page or place you want to post it and put the cursor where you want it and click on paste. You can even send them on e-mail. Just remember to put the cursor on the line where you want it before you paste it.
