In the evenings, have an apple and drink a lot of water... that fills you up easily and satisfies your desire for nibbles... go to bed hungry, then you can look forward to the next morning with the weight down...

Also, the first thing you can do when you get up in the morning is have two full glasses of water, just gulp it down, don't sip it and nurse it, gulp it down like you're thirsty... that immediately fills you up for an hour or more and you'll therefore have a smaller breakfast because you're not as hungry...

That's what I do...

Also, you may not be getting enough water each day... we should drink 1/2 ounce daily for every pound of weight...

2017-09-04 @ 241-pounds . . still stuck . . still not trying too hard apparently.
I'm sneaking in too many fast food stops.
sorry . . I am going on a business trip next week which will make it hard again.
I'm just going to keep trying . . will keep you all up to date.
It sure is nice being in the low 240's instead of the 250's or 260's like I've been for so long . . .
but the low 230's would be great !!!
Have a good week all.
