From my experience in varies from company to company. I tried to get info from PPMD - with no luck. Company is not shareholder friendly. The stopped filing just as they started making money. Last Q I had one little company that traded around a dime for the longest time. I tried to get info by calling the company and was not successful. When the stock rose to around 15 cents I sold my 30k shares because I had held it for years whilst it languished. Only about 2 months after I sold they were bought out at .92 cents per share. You'd be amazed at how many stories I have ....
