OMG, you actually looked something up. I have to admit I'm down right giddy that everyone in this forum isn't a blithering idiot. (in reality, I've met a few really nice people in private) CO2 is causing ice to melt and melting ice floods cities. Asking for more water from more CO2 seems counterproductive. Whatever growth we get in plants and warmer temps will be offset by hundreds of billions in disaster relief and the need to move entire cities. Is it wise to rebuild Houston and not require every business and homeowner to have flood insurance? It appears the "free market" can't create insurance plans that are affordable so the government is doing it. I don't hear much from the "less government" folks on this one.
