Do I think antifa isn't as big a threat as the KKK and neo-Nazis? I don't know which is the bigger threat and I don't know that it matters. For all I know the two movements might be about as big as one another. And for all I know, they both may be being financed by Russia (David Duke is a no good lazy nincompoop but he was maintained in Russia for five years during which he acquired property, a couple other fashy (a term they use) leaders - Richard Spencer is one, have spent enough time in Russia to acquire Russian wives. Both antifa and the fashies are violent though so far only one has a murder on its hands. Like I said before, give antifa enough time, they'll probably catch up.

I do know that former conservatives, like you, are now very exercised about antifa but are poopooing Nazis ... claiming a victim of one had it coming since she was violent ( a lie longnshort told) , claiming they're not "real" Nazis because they don't have membership cards and offices (which I don't think we know ... they might actually), claiming falsely and hopefully that a Nazi murderer might have just been defending himself or had an innocent accident ....

Why say ANYTHING exculpatory about a blooming neo-Nazi who killed someone? There's no good reason for an actual conservative to do that ... and I do attribute this stuff to the influence of Trump the Corrupter.

---------------

And all you want to do is say, "Well Antifa hasn't killed anyone yet." Yeah, they could cause a LOT more damage to American society, but it's all good as long as you can justify it all with that one death from Charlottesville.

See, if you were being rational, you'd know I wasn't exculpating antifa. I said they will likely kill someone eventually. But it's a simple fact they haven't yet. Nor would a rational thinking person read me and think I'm justifying anything about antifa.

But as for that one death ... that WAS in fact a real person who had a right to live their life. She wasn't violent and didn't do anything she deserved to die for. That shouldn't be dismissed as meaningless out of an irrational fear of antifa.

I wonder how you figure one violent group is more dangerous than the other?

---------------------

Thinking about it, I prob do talk more about the Neo-Nazis than antifa. There are 3 reasons for that:

1) They, or one of them, KILLED someone.
2) My former ideological colleagues on SI are making excuses for murdering Nazis. I really don't like that.
3) It's hard to figure out who antifa are. I know who Duke is, Spencer is, DonBlack is ... you can find out about the fashy leaders .. and I can't figure out who is the antifa leaders or if they have a real leadership.

One more thing, antifa DO get negative press, yes from the MSM:
