But back when he wasn't in the 1 percent he also had not created a ton of jobs.

Many "one per-centers" were not always wealthy. Many of them are in the one percent only for a short time.

Your logic is flawed. Giving tax cuts to a class of people because they are rich is idiotic. If you want job growth give tax cuts to those who create jobs, not to everyone in the rich class. But before you do that, pay back all the money you borrowed to give them previous tax cuts and pay down all the debt.
