Hi GZ, great point about a time gap especially where the US has a holiday........ and Europe does not..... Memorial Day and Labor day have always been prime opportunities for the European currency traders and the Japanese to decide to move the prices to a new level..... 2 big figures away and the folks come back to New York on Tuesday morning...and say "oh so this is the new price zone"

that happens in other markets as well, but it got started most effectively in the currency markets in the 1980's....

we are going to see a 3 handle on economic growth..... Gas is going up like crazy for a few months, Houston will be pulling workers even on a temp basis to the Houston, Texas area.... All of this is going to make the Fed much more Hawkish....

right now notes and bonds are acting like Gasoline was at the start of the Hurricane.....but the FED is going to be raising rates in Dec....... lets watch to see what happens.......
