Even you agreed that a 1/2 million cost for one patient therapy while seeming high is the cost we pay for capitalism. INDEED! So the problem is not the government at all it is our capitalism system. I listed 13 reason for our high cost and made the claim we need to address those cost. You have provided no idea whatsoever except take government out of the game - IOW, let people die who can't pay. We are not going to do that; people will revolt and republicans will become a party of history. You live in a dream world.
