Anant,

Thanks!! I have talked to both the broker and my tax advisor about converting to the roth. I am doing it now because my IRA is pretty beaten up , ORCL and ADIC specifically. Since it's down right now I figured I won't get hit quite as bad on the taxes. I can't deduct contributions to a conventional IRA anyway so might as well convert it to a roth. Essentially all my IRA contributions are in after tax dollars anyway. I've also decided to go ahead and take the tax hit in 98. My income over the next 4 year will be increasing (better be), therefore my taxable income will be higher. If you would like to e-mail me I will give you my fax #, i'd rather not post it.

Again, Thanks!!

Ann
