Since many MMs sold ORCL at 22-23, they don't want to buy it back at a higher price. Bulls have to be patient and wait until those MMs have bought enough at a lower price. They will push the price up sooner or later.

I don't know, why dont you ask the 'yang' guy who tried to 'reprimand'
for learing my 'economics' from CNN. Perhaps, he knows a lot more about this 'yangenomics' in Asia.
