I'd point you to Aetna. The CEO had no idea his workers were on welfare until he read it on social media. We have a crop of CEOs who don't know how to make money and surely don't know how to run a company.

Ask a CEO why he's buying back stock when his numbers are bad and he can't give an answer. It's pathetic. Buybacks can be used when the top and bottom lines are soaring, but if they're not that money needs to be invested in workers and the company. But we don't have leaders anymore. We have CEOs who follow each other. When one buys back stock (look at what that did to Sears), they all do it.

When I hear a CEO say he's buying back stock after reporting bad numbers I sell instantly. I literally don't wait one minute.

When I hear a CEO say he's not making any changes, I sell. Innovation is necessary for this economy.
