BTW: Jorj just AirBnB'ed it in Boulder for 10 days and was very happy with it. Instead of renting 3 hotel rooms for the family and a friend, they got the equivalent of a large hotel suite for less money.

Last year we rented a 4 bedroom house on the lake in Tahoe for a family reunion. Much better than separate hotel rooms.
