David - great products...wonderfully imaginative. You really have defined a new kind of toy, and kids, and more adults, are going to buy them up. No wonder you needed more manufacturing capacity. Yet to come is "Downhill Ace"...the skiing game, Speedboat Ace, Reno Air Racer...wow, if it takes two hands,.... What are the toy industry magazines saying about you guys? Do you run ads in any of them? How have non-US toy buyers received these new introductions? Do you have a MTBF figure? Do you use "test" panels for new game ideas, do you have "defective" detection in place, is there a "return" rate. Do you know how many customers have more than one toy? Any idea how soon a customer buys the next? Lots of toys have "age" ranges...are you designing for a particular group. A clever fellow with census data could do some real predicting with that one. You (Management) have been in the toy field a long time. Is there another toy product, perhaps like RC cars, or Hot Wheels, that you feel is a good business model or product curve RADAF is likely to follow? And a really far out question I presume you wouldn't begin to answer but which I'll ask anyway just to further demonstrate my impertinence, care to comment about a tie-in with Star Wars or GI Joe? Nah, you wouldn't give that away? Or would you? You did once comment about licensing, I seem to remember you said it was not being considered, but that was a while ago. Will there be a post-show season conference call. Chaz.
