Are we doing political commentary on this thread again? Let me know as I'm pumped up to do it. <gg>

Hello Gz. I agree it is a well written article! "If these pernicious hoodlums actually succeed in helping to blur and bury our history, all the lives that were so nobly sacrificed in the pursuit of righteousness will truly have been wasted."To the majority it is just words. For those of us who have been around the block and know our history it just breaks our heart to see what has become of us as a nation. I do shutter hope however!

Here in Houston we had what the pro weather guys call a 500 year flood. Never have I seen such compassion for fellow man on such a large scale. People in the thousands volunteering to help rescue, feed and assist those in need. Say what you might about Texas but there are a lot of really good people here!!

Markets. Only strategy I have is watching the VIX. It hits 9.5 I buy 2k UVXY and sit tight. I do not see anything I can buy (long) that is attractive far as price. Seems when I find a company with fair valuation it is loaded with debt.

I continue to hear "sell metals" buy stocks. Get out of Cash, the sky is falling. DOW 40-50k. I've heard this song and dance before. I think it is fair to say the markets are overvalued historically. I figure those in equities now fall under the risk investor category. Lot of them could be hitting the exit door in stampede fashion.
