IF this was 1991 TRUMP would have the time to build this and that. However, it's NOT 1991/2001/2011 or 2016. It takes TIME to put build and put systems in place. I expect TRUMP to be pro active whether it be pressuring the Chinese and other or taking an act. I do NOT see TRUMP sitting on the info and concerning himself with what others will say as others did back in Sept 2001 years ago that led to a serious failure by the USA govt and loss of lives that to this day affect many. Let alone the damage to the economy and other.. The risks are too high for POTUS. There is NO guarantee this govt can defend against an incoming today or six months from now. More importantly the other side has demonstrated they will not be restrained or controlled. They play by no rules.. Welcome to the street fight and no rules or cage. TWT.
