no Tonto, that isn't the one, subsequent posts followed , exchanges concerning the post you reproduced here, in it you admit to calling the co., but not about the 8K, and never calling the SEC to get the status on RMIL trading, I thought you pride yourself on DD, it appears you're being evasive on purpose, and still no commentary from you on what your feelings are concerning brokers who slam stocks with large short positions on the internet for up to 10hrs. a day!

RE: rental income from Hialea facility
I believe that when the company claims a profit for the sub-lease of the Hialeh facility, it is looking only at the 2/3 of the facility it rents out.
RMIL's monthly rental for the Hialea facility is $6,300, but it rents our 2/3 of rhe facilty for $5,000 monthly. RMIL's cost for that 2/3 of the facility is $4,100 (2/3 of $6,300). So its profit (income vs. cost) for that 2/3 of the facility is $900 per month ($5,000 - $4,100). Of course, this ignores the fact that they still are losing $1,300 per month if one looks at the facility as a whole.
This is just my guess as to what's going on. Whether or not it accords with genrally accepted accounting practices is beyond my expertise.
