David, if I flip to puts, I always go with short term in-the-money options, so if MU remains at 29, I would look at Jan 30, 32.5 and 35. I would enter the option price into a spreadsheet, then enter my target of 27.5 or whatever. Computing the value of the options without premium, the computer would indicate which would offer the best return and risk/reward.
Gut answer would be the 32.5's and target of 27.5, but exit when the computer tells me to exit.
