Since for competitive reasons, Fuji contractually required confidentiality regarding certain details of their agreement with Presstek, you can still pray it's microgrooves.

I vote for Presstek. Passions are never far from the surface, and it has already resulted in one lawsuit recently settled out of court.

You told us earlier that you have a copy of the court papers and would post it for us. Has it in fact been settled and what happened? Are you going to post it for us?

Also, what do you mean by "resulted in one lawsuit"? Are there others?

Thanks,

Nanny

Interesting! CNNfn doesn't know the Presstek lawsuit has been settled.
