I also ordered a book from AMZN and liked the experience, though delivery did take over a week. But I also drink Coca-Cola and like it, yet recognized that the company was very overpriced (and it still is) and I made money on puts.

I think anecdotal evidence is important, but looking for overvaluation is even more important.

I agree with you about AMZN and YHOO; I agree they are grossly overvalued but I have used their service and like them, that is not to say I will not be tempted to short them when the environment is congenial.
I have also used AOL and they stink and I am short.
