Larry & William - TY... very much for your replies. I am more confident and couraged now w/my own little fundamental reseach studies - and the impt. info. you've added. Larry - you answered my exact "gaps" - and William, I was unaware of the Xlnx agreement. [Due to some past dealings w/Xlnx stock that took way too much work to be satisfactory, I am not displeased in the slightest - and actually delighted - if Actl got the better end of that deal!] Am a bit confused betw. your posts re: ACTL & SRAM's [SRAM's or no...?], but confusion must be the mother of .... something good! If Actl's numbers were in line last qtr. , plus the add'l. from 3rd Q, the 4th Q and FY 97 numbers should be in line w/ - or beat - expectations [- wk. of 01/28 is what I marked.] Agree? For now, thanks again, CJ
