My numbers are: 8.76 upper and 6.42 lower. I think that company currently has a bias towards the downside because there upper bound is so high. I've noticed before that their lower bound was off and the upper matched mine. My guess is that they are already heavy in stocks, and are hesitant to allow a buy program to trigger which would cause them to buy more. Now THAT'S an UNeducated guess ;-)
