I've been running the article and logic past a pre-eminent US geophysicist I became acquainted with via FB..

He's still dubious, but does admit that were a correlation identified between solar flares and "earthquake lights", it would be worthy of investigation..

The wheels of science grind slowly.. But at least I have him pondering it.. especially because it's hard to just say the M8.1 and the X9.3 solar flare is just coincidence.. lol

Wondering what kind of seismic activity (not to mention influence on the current Hurricanes) that it has..
