I would say San Diego, but the taxes there are a National Disaster!!

You probably want to live close enough to take cruises. It would be at least two hundred miles north of Florida away from the coast. Maybe Alabama like my brother.

GZ, we are currently looking for the same place.

Threats are fire, flood, hurricanes, tornados, earthquakes, volcanoes, mudslides.

Other threats are financial. High retirement taxes, high cost of living, healthcare situation.

So far the places I will NOT live. Florida, California, Texas Gulf Coast, Upper Northeast.
