***NEWS*** It's only one hole, but a very, very nice intercept. Okay GHE, let's lock up some financing, and see what we really have in Mexico. Drilling in Febuary?

Mr Robin Forshaw reports
Additional results have been received from the San Jose de Gracia project,Sinaloa State, Mexico. Hole 97-63 was drilled on the Palo Chino zone which adjoins and is probably the northeast extension of the Purisima Ridge zone. Diamond drilling continued to be difficult, with less than desirable core recovery. The intersection in hole 97-63 indicates an extension of the stockwork type mineralization hypothesized by company geologists.

The company is presently planning and budgeting for a reverse circulation drill program. The program would be designed to test the extensive area of stockwork type mineralization existing on the property, with the object of proving up a bulk tonnage gold deposit. Financing options are being investigated for the reverse circulation program.
Discussions are continuing with a number of major mining companies with respect to participation in the project.
