Zzpat, What law did Democrats pass and Bush sign that caused the Great Recession to happen? Nothing. That's why it happened. And that was by design. Democrats wanted to tank the economy so that they could win in 2008 and get their agenda forced through. Republicans wanted tax cuts for rich people and spending cuts.
