Adaptec down Big After the Bell....... After Hours Trading: Adaptec Inc. (ADPT) shares trade down 8 1/2 points in after hours, as of 16:34 ET... Adaptec Inc. (ADPT) 35 7/8 +19/32: supplier of bandwidth management solutions is warning that it expects 3Q results to come in below Wall Street estimates; it expects to report an operating net of $0.35 to $0.40 a share, below the First Call estimate of $0.56 and year-ago net of $0.46 a share; including charge, 3Q net between $0.21 and $0.23 a share on revenues of $250 to $255 mln..... and Dallas Semiconductor (DS) 40 -1/4: chip maker posts a 4Q fully diluted net of $0.60 a share, a penny ahead of the First Call estimates, vs year-ago net of $0.37 a share.....
