I'm not sure what you're trying to say. Since organizations calling themselves "tea party" sound political, very political, the IRS was required to check them out. Do you think organizations with political names should get tax exempt status without any sort of review? Every organization needs to be reviewed but those with a political name would be something I'd look at first. So would you (if you cared about the rule of law).

Do think the IRS should ignore organization that seeks tax exempt status and simply give it to them? Once they look at them your side screams foul.
