Trumpov won't hold up amnesty over wall: White House legislative affairs director Marc Short has now said that the border wall will not even be a precondition for amnesty. Worse, the rationale he gave for caving on the border wall was that it would “bind us into a construct that would make the conclusion on DACA impossible.” Thus, amnesty for illegals is now the main entrée, a guarantee, an entitlement, and a right; whereas border security for Americans is just a side dish that could get in the way of amnesty.

America's worst negotiator ..... not even trying to promote his alleged agenda. Everything Trumpov told his Trumpsters was a lie. But they don't mind.

"People should now stop saying 'who cares, storm activity is just a few per cent up'," says (Judith) Curry. "It's the strongest storms that matter most."

Oh, my; that was before the Berkeley Earth study drove her insane. ..

"It'll be pretty hard now for anyone to claim that cyclone activity has not increased," says Judith Curry, an atmospheric researcher at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, who was not involved in the study.

Strongest storms matter most
Three years ago, Curry and her team calculated that category 4 and 5 storms have almost doubled in number and proportion since 1970 2.
