We intend to announce a couple of large carrier contracts shortly which will allow us to accelerate the FNet roll-out in the United States and Canada. The next phase, which we will begin during 1998, is world-wide deployment. To date we have negotiations underway in the U.K., Japan, Germany, China, Italy, Pakistan, Korea, Mexico and Argentina. We have already shipped Tempest Evaluation units with sales potential in the millions. It has become increasingly clear that we are faced with a once-in-a-life-time caliber opportunity: we have an outstanding product ready at precisely the right moment. Indeed, the Tempest has surpassed our wildest dreams as to quality of voice and response. As far as I know, we are the only company designing, building and USING our own equipment to provide a new telephone SERVICE. It is imperative that we utilize our resources to maximize this unprecedented opportunity. Therefore we have reorganized the company to focus on the Tempest and FNet. Franklin Telecom will design and build the hardware and software. FNet will sell services and hardware products from FTC and others.
