The deal doesn't include any concession by the Dems on wall funding. They agreed to "security enhancements" funding on existing border.

All that means is that the Dems will continue to oppose wall funding, and Trump will continue to insist on wall funding, and the GOP will continue to say it supports the wall while siding with the Dems to not fund the wall.
