Good try, but no soap -g-. Use the fully diluted EPS. The 65 cents is a new accounting requirement of 'basic' EPS, of no real value other than to see the amount of ownership dilution by comparing with the fully diluted EPS, showing increased dilution over last year, presumably due to stock options.
