BIG NEC Contract Rumor! There is an as yet unsubstantiated rumor on the AOL board that an article in the newspaper today claimed that NEC won a large contract with Cook County (trying to verify if they mean Chicago) which will result in the sale of 100 or more LS-21s (TP600s). We are currently trying to verify.

jean, I doubt that there is, or ever will be, any relationship between IDX and SACM.......except that perhaps someday, SACM products will need to operate on IDX instructions....if there ends up being a "someday" for SACM........There is another start-up that is even more unreal...It is Electro-something or other....It is showing a 12 month low of 15/264...and is now at $5.00.......Wow!....Nothing I could find to account for it......and I looked...really, I DID. And after having read the Saloman Brothers report....Identix can...and should be considered an internet stock......Saloman has really done quite a bit of reasearch on IDX, jean.......I will ask SouthCoast if this report (booklet) can be sent to those who request it.......as I know that you would enjoy hearing their comments on IDX...the internet, and the future of biometrics. You would also find out that you know a bunch of stuff already....by following this thread. bg
