Andy, I think that the cataracts refer to retinoids in general, but I have to check.

I suspect that the skin cancer was not CTCL. I think that Targretin is being used "ccompasionately" for a variety of malignancies that have not yet been targeted. Earlier I posted on a patient with Stage IV melanoma, which is another example.

I was looking for my cheat sheet. I thought that Targretin or Panretin was being tested on skin cancer patients.
