Yes, there will be some nebulous border control sloganeering and some talk about renovating the border fence and there will not be a real wall as Trumpov promised. I don't think most members of the Make Amnesty Great Again movement will care. It's a personality cult and they'll blame Ryan or someone / anyone else for every Trumpov broken promise. Trumpov bragged he could shoot someone on Fifth Avenue and his followers wouldn't mind. I think if he shot one of THEM on Fifth Avenue, with their dying breath they'd curse the GOP for their imminent death.
