Yes i agree with you on the reverse split issue.
I beleive this is whats keeping the buyers away
and a stagnant price here. I suspect and hope good
news is close at hand on aqusition and quarterly
reports which can lead to some upward movement in
the stock price before actual vote and split takes place.
My average cost now is about .19 cents a share.
Current book value is also about .15-.18 cents.
A lot of good things can happen to the stock this
year IMO . But the worse thing is nasdaq delisting.

But of course if and i mean if the stock were to
shoot and hold above a dollar there would be no need
of a reverse split. A long shot, but not an impossibility.
