china tees up the possibility of the first 19 trillion to print

China can't print com gusto. Only countries that have their currency as reserve currencies can do that.

That is why they can print and not inflate.

US and Europe can print with abandon because other countries hold their currencies as foreign exchange reserves. They print, we, the foreigners, take that moollah and hold it.

S&P cut China’s sovereign credit rating for the first time since 1999, citing the risks from soaring debt, and revised its outlook to stable from negative.

Stop printing now!
