Won't happen, you are more likely to get a convention of the states first.

We amended the Constitution to give women and 18 year olds the right to vote. Now, we can give the majority the right to elect their President. Who is this "we"? What are you doing besides complaining - or maybe you are not part of this thing "we". Also, I don't see *anyone* doing anything about this. So, it'll happen when *"they"* do something because *"we"* are not doing anything. Maybe - just maybe no one is doing anything because ... it is wrong?
