I was really enjoying the reviews on her book until Amazon started taking them down if they weren't favorable!

The letter C stands for confidential, not classified.

Classified information has the type of classification on it and who classified it or which department. So it will say, "Classified by: The Assistant General." Then below that it says why it was classified and cites the section a US law code that was used so it would say something like "Reason: 2 (5) d."
