Ed,I'm going to take one step back and visit the VSE and check the insiders report. This way we won't be second guessing and can settle this once and for all.I will let you know the results of my findings.

Ed, I checked out the insiders report on Orly and the other directors and they have not sold any stock that has to be reported. Orly has a lot of stock in his family accounts and could be selling out of them but I do not believe he is! I can only go by the info I find. Any thoughts??
